Polyerster staple Fiber (Virgin) 1 PSF S/D 1.44Dtex*38mm Cotton-type for yarn 2 PSF S/D 1.44Dtex*38mm Hydrophlic for Spunlace 3 PSF Hollow fiber 6.67Dtex*64mm Pad,silky,fire-proof Viscose Rayon The main material of this product is cellulose extracted from some plants
such as pulp, timber and cotton linters. This material is processed and made into
viscose fibers which have the characteristics of hygroscopic, ventilateness,
softness, comfort and good dyeability, and which have passed the authentication
of Swiss Textile Testing Company Textile Standard 100 and got the authorization
of the use of the label of "Trustworthy Textile, Toxic Inspection Passed."We can
produce viscose staple fiber in definite length and viscose staple fiber in high
whiteness in accordance with the needs of customers. 1 Rayon 1.5D*38mm Cotton-type 2 Rayon 2.5D*51mm Cotton-type 3 Rayon 2D*51mm Cotton-type 4 Rayon 1.5D*38mm Cotton,OB,Spunlace 5 Rayon 3-5D*76mm Wool-type
Bicomponent Fibers
Since
1983 ,we has researched in development, and manufacture of bicomponent fiber
advanced. One of our areas of specialization has been in the field of
bicomponent fiber processes and products. While concepts and limited commercial
uses of bicomponent fibers have been in the industry for nearly ten years in
China, the complexity, cost, and limited production rates of the required fiber
extrusion equipment have historically limited commercial applications .With
recent equipment and process developments , we are now realizing a rapid growth
in commercialization of new and complex bicomponent fibers. Recently,as a
Chinese leader in this rapidly growing field, we are pleased to provide
our unique bicomponent technologies ,device and production line. Typical section of bicomponent fiber
Orange sheath/core side by side Conjugate hollow Sheath/Core
Products Mainly type
of sheath/core is composed of self bonding fibers, consisting of a low melting
temperature sheath surrounding a higher melting temperature core. Common
sheath/core combinations in such applications include PE/PP, PE/PET, CO-PET/PET,
and PA/PET. These products are used in 100% form as well as in blends with
homopolymer fiber. Staple fiber applications of these products in
non-woven fabrics is by far today’s largest commercial use of bicomponent
fibers. We also cam
make a kind of sheath/core is a sheath polymer containing expensive additives or
other attributes. These applications represent good examples of a new
bicomponent fiber type that has now been made economically viable . sheath-core bicomponent staple fibers, named as ESC fiber in Japan, mainly addressed to airthroughbonding and applications thermobonding applications; sheath material HDPE; core material PP or PET; sheat / core proportions from 30 % / 70 % to 70 % / 30 % This bico fiber also used for short cut fibers such as 3 to 5 mm (for ailaid applications), special cutting machines will be provided by the customer
